JAR was established in 2012 to address a gap in the residential, mixed-use and BTR sectors. Large enough to deliver at scale, yet agile enough to remain hands-on, we provide considered property management across some of London’s most complex buildings.

Mixed tenure, layered ownership structures, evolving regulation and rising resident expectations all demand a professional and experienced approach.

We manage buildings with this reality in mind. Our role is to provide clarity where matters are complex, consistency as requirements evolve, and reassurance that buildings, residents and client interests are being properly looked after.
