We are an independent London managing agent working across a range of residential and mixed-use developments.
We act for developers, asset managers and resident-led management companies, bringing structure, accountability and long-term thinking to the day-to-day operation of buildings. Our focus is simple: well-run assets, clear governance and places that work for the people who live in them, all meticulously managed.
JAR was established in 2012 to address a gap in the residential, mixed-use and BTR sectors. Large enough to deliver at scale, yet agile enough to remain hands-on, we provide considered property management across some of London’s most complex buildings.
Mixed tenure, layered ownership structures, evolving regulation and rising resident expectations all demand a professional and experienced approach.
We manage buildings with this reality in mind. Our role is to provide clarity where matters are complex, consistency as requirements evolve, and reassurance that buildings, residents and client interests are being properly looked after.
Every project we take on is shaped around the building, its ownership structure and the requirements of its stakeholders. We don’t deliver through a standardised management model and we tailor our offering to our clients needs.
Our core services include:
Management of complex residential and mixed-use developments across operational delivery, financial administration and stakeholder coordination.
Preparation and management of service charge budgets, expenditure monitoring and transparent financial reporting.
Management of statutory obligations, health and safety requirements, building safety processes and compliance oversight.
Guidance and operational support for resident-led companies, including governance, director support and statutory responsibilities.
Day-to-day operational management, contractor oversight, maintenance planning and procurement coordination.
Clear, consistent communication with residents, leaseholders, freeholders, developers and client representatives.
Our industry is ultimately about people. Residents expect buildings that are safe, well maintained and professionally operated. Owners and asset managers expect confidence, accountability and long-term stewardship.
Our role is to balance those interests professionally, pragmatically and with long-term stewardship in mind.
