Parking Management

JAR manages parking facilities and garage provision across a range of residential developments and prime London estates.

Our role includes the day-to-day oversight of allocated parking, communal parking areas and access arrangements, ensuring facilities are managed clearly, fairly and in accordance with the legal and operational requirements of each building.

This typically includes:

• Permit and allocation management
• Coordination of parking contractors and enforcement providers
• Access control and operational oversight
• Management of resident queries and disputes
• Oversight of communal garages and shared parking facilities
• Administration in accordance with leases, licences and estate regulations

Parking management is integrated into the wider operation of the building, helping ensure facilities remain secure, functional and appropriately managed for residents and owners alike.
