JAR Heritage is a dedicated management division focused on residential buildings constructed before 1950.

These buildings require a different approach to modern residential management. Their architecture, construction methods, mechanical systems and regulatory considerations often demand specialist knowledge, careful oversight and a greater sensitivity to the long-term stewardship of the asset.

Our Heritage team understands the practical realities of managing older London buildings, from listed status and conservation requirements through to ageing infrastructure, specialist maintenance and resident expectations within historically significant properties.
